Arbitration and dispute resolution among the members and associates
- All disputes between members or between a member and the umbrella organization are subject to arbitration by the umbrella organization.
- The arbitration tribunal is appointed by the umbrella organization; it may be an internal or neutral external body, and its decisions are final and binding.
- Members waive their right to ordinary legal recourse and undertake to recognize and implement the decisions of the arbitration tribunal.
